RTO (Registered Team Official)
All Coaches and Managers are to print and complete the RTO form and return to the registrar.

Claiming your $50 Student Discount
To qualify for your student discount you must provide a copy of your current Student ID card, print and complete the Student Declaration form and return to the registrar.

 Returning Players MUST re-register now!

Registering online as an Existing Player

If you played in Australia in the past 5 years, click Existing Player and follow the instructions to register online.

Registering online as a New Player (once allocated to a team)

If you are a new player and haven’t played in Australia in the last 5 years, click New Player and follow the instructions to register online.

  Paying your Registration Fees

There are two options for payment (EFT preferred)

• Pay in cash
• Pay via Electronic Funds Transfer from your bank account. Send your payment thru to

Registrations require final approval by our club registrar

The FFA registration process prevents your online registration from being approved and sent to ESFA until you are fully paid (no exceptions). Your payment must be received before March 4, 2013. 

On site Registration Evenings are limited

Our MUFC Senior Registration evening is limited to:

• Collection of cash payments
• New players to submit proof of identity/age and have their digital photos taken
• New players to purchase MUFC shorts for $15 (bring your cash or pay additional $15 when you do your EFT)
